It all begins with an idea of great food, and a little love of Guinness….

Originally from Ireland, we have always had a passion for a good pub filled with a good atmosphere, great stories, delicious food and even better beer. That’s why we decided to bring a little bit of Ireland to Diamond Valley!

After almost twenty years in Canada, despite all the places we’ve visited, we were yet to find the true, authentic feeling of an Irish Pub. That warm welcome as you walk through the door, the smell of delicious food wafting through the air and of course, a good pint of Guinness waiting at the bar. So we asked the community their thoughts and promptly got to work creating your very own home away from home. Join us on our journey as we bring this idea to fruition!
